SMALL CHARITIES EVENT IN BLACKPOOL

You are invited you to Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde’s Small Charities Week Event on June 19th 2019.
The event will be held at Lancashire Energy HQ, Blackpool Airport Enterprise Zone, Squires Gate Lane, Blackpool , FY4 2QS. Parking is available.
Small Charity Week celebrates and raises awareness of the essential work of the UK’s small charity sector who make an invaluable contribution to the lives of millions of individuals, communities and causes across the UK and the rest of the world. In Partnership with Lancashire County Council, Blackpool Council’s Community Engagement Team have co-ordinated an event for staff and volunteers from local small charities, groups and organisations to come and share good practice, network and attend advice and information workshops. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
There is an opportunity for  a small amount of tables for local charities to display stalls of their organisations promotional materials. If your small charity group or organisation would like to reserve a table, please do so by email tothirdsector@blackpool.gov.uk. These will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
As part of our celebrations we would like to project organisations information on a loop presentation during the event to help raise awareness of local organisations and their work. If you would like your organisation including, please send your logo/photo, organisation name & a summary sentence by Friday 14thJune  to: thirdsector@blackpool.gov.uk.

The event has limited numbers, therefore tickets are restricted to 2 per organisation and each person will need to register individually on Eventbrite. We would like as many local groups as possible to attend this event so please share within your networks.
